K-Y2 Grandparents Day

Grandparents (and parents if they are able to) of students in Kindergarten – Year 2 are invited to come and enjoy a morning at the Marian Campus.

Grandparents are asked to sign-in at 8.40am in the Hall, with the Year 2 Green Prayer Assembly commencing at 8.45am.

At the conclusion of assembly, Grandparents will be taken by the students to their classrooms (if Grandparents are visiting Pre Primary and Kindy only, they will be ushered to the classrooms after sign-in).

Grandparents are finally invited back to the Hall where tea/coffee and morning tea will be served.

IPSHA Winter Carnival

The Year 6 students will represent the College and play in a variety of sports with the focus on participation; there are no shields or points awarded. It is about giving students the opportunity to compete against students from other primary schools, promoting fun and enjoyment, encouraging everyone to participate and highlighting the importance of fair play and healthy competition.

Years 3-6 Assembly – Item Year 4 Green

Family and friends are invited to attend the Years 3-6 Assembly on Friday 7 June at 8.45am in the Marist Auditorium. Students will receive Merit Certificates for their Academic achievements and Year 4 Green will present their item.

2019 LifeLink Day Launch

LifeLink Day 2019 will officially be launched on Wednesday 5 June 2019 during WA Week.

LifeLink Day provides a wonderful opportunity for students attending Catholic schools within the Archdiocese of Perth, to join together to show their collective support for the many Church social service agencies – agencies which on behalf of us all, reach out to provide practical care and direct assistance to thousands of people in need within the community each year.

2019 Marian Lecture: ‘After the Angel Departed – Seeking God: hints and glimpses of the God within’

The Marist Association of St Marcellin Champagnat hosts a biennial lecture series across Australia known as ‘The Marian Lecture’.

The biennial Marian Lecture for the Marist Association will be an encounter with international speaker, biblical scholar, author and award-winning poet, Dr Bonnie Thurston, who will draw on the rich tradition of contemplation and how to be attentive to the God within.
