The College’s Orientation and Transition Program is based not only on familiarisation of the physical structure of the College but, more importantly, providing personal connection with students entering Year 7 and with Secondary school staff.
The College is offering two transition sessions where students can experience subject delivery within a Secondary context. These sessions are workshop based and attendance is optional.
During Week 9, students in Years 3-5 will enjoy their Pool Party Day.
Students must attend school in their school uniform. They will be able to change into their bathers prior to 11.00am and will change back into their school uniform for the end of the day. It is important that the students are sun smart and must wear a rash shirt and hat on the day.
Adventure World – Year 6
Students in Year 6 will celebrate their final day of Primary School with an excursion to Adventure World on Thursday 12 December. Details have been communicated to families on Consent 2Go.
The Years 7–11 Awards Ceremony will take place on Friday 6 December. Parents of those students receiving awards will be notified prior to the event.
The concert will open with some traditional caroling which will lead us into a performance of the joyous and gentle musical, A Miracle on Bethlehem Street. This musical captures the Christmas story in an unforgettable telling with fun and heartfelt songs and clever dialogue.
Picnic blankets and chairs can be set up in the designated area from 5.00pm onwards. Seating is unreserved, all family and friends are welcome.
