Year 3 2021 Transition to Lavalla

The current Year 2 students will participate in their Transition Day for Year 3 2021. The program will allow students to work with their current Year 2 classroom teachers in a variety of activities to support their transition from Marian to Lavalla Campus for 2021.

Important Information:

  • Year 2 Students are to be dropped off to their Year 2 classroom teacher at the Lavalla Library between 8.30am – 8.45am
  • Year 2 Students are able to order their lunch through Flexischools as per usual
  • The canteen is also open during recess and lunch to purchase snacks – $1 or $2 is plenty to provide your child with, if you would like them to practice purchasing something small from the canteen
  • At lunchtime, our Year 2 students will be provided with a complimentary icy-pole courtesy of the Primary Social Committee
  • Year 2 Students are to be collected from the Lavalla Campus Multipurpose Rooms at 2.30pm. Please note that Lavalla Campus siblings may also be signed out and collected at this time. The earlier collection time is to assist with car flow in the pick up areas.

Years 7-11 Awards Ceremony

Mindful of the current restrictions in place, the College is preparing and planning the best way to host respective Awards Ceremonies at the end of the year to maximise parent engagement, acknowledge the achievements of students and celebrate the 2020 school year.

Parents of those students receiving awards will be notified prior to the event.

PK-12 Christmas Carols

Save the Date – K-12 Christmas Carols, Marcellin Oval Wednesday 9 December

  • 4.30pm – 5.00pm: Family Picnic and School Concert Band
  • 5.00pm – 6.30pm: Carols by Perth Fortress Brass Band & Chamber Chior

Families can set up picnic blankets and chairs in the designated area from 4.30pm onwards. Seating is unreserved, all family and friends are welcome.

In keeping with the College’s compliance with Duty of Care and Risk Mitigation parents please be aware that this function is an alcohol free event.

Year 7 Immunisations – Round 2

For those students who will be receiving the immunisation against pertussis (whooping cough), tetanus, diphtheria and human papillomavirus (HPV), students are reminded they can wear their Sport Uniform to school on this day.
