秀秀直播 News Term 1 Week 4: From the Leader of Early Childhood
It has been so lovely to see the positive way that our students have re-engaged with their learning this year. Teachers across the campus have been undertaking assessments in the areas of literacy and numeracy, which will enable them to ensure that their teaching and learning programs are targeted and specific to each student’s needs.
Last week听we gathered听as听a campus to celebrate听Ash Wednesday. The Liturgy was prepared and听led by our Year 2 students. This听was a lovely start to听Lent,听and听I thank our Year 2 Teachers and the students for their work in preparing for this celebration.听Thank you to all families who听donated听a gold coin towards our听Shrove Tuesday听(Pancake Tuesday)听fundraiser, which launched off our听school鈥檚听Caritas Project Compassion appeal.

Assembly听
Thank you to Year 1 Green for the engaging assembly that they performed this morning. The joy and excitement on the students’ faces was evident and was a lovely first assembly for 2021.

Parent Information Evening
Thank you to the families who attended our Parent Information Evening. If you were unable to attend, all听the听information听that was听delivered on the night is now available to access via听the听Seesaw听platform.
Family Fun Friday听
We extend an invitation to all families to join us on Friday mornings for our Family Fun Friday activities. Children can participate in a range of activities, whilst parents enjoy a cup of coffee from the coffee van.

秀秀直播 is looking forward to welcoming Australia鈥檚 leading provider of cyber safety education, ySafe to 秀秀直播 Parents this term. This practical, strategy-rich session will cover the most important points that all families need to know regarding online safety, covering key information about social media and gaming, screen time recommendations and step-by-step instructions on how to set up a cyber safe home for kids of all ages.
