Strategic Plan
The Marist Project, now over 200 years old, continues to thrive in 83 countries and within 56 schools across Australia. Inspired by this living tradition, the Strategic School Improvement Plan 2025–2027 continues St Marcellin Champagnat’s vision:
To transform the lives of young people, through offering an holistic education, grounded in a personal encounter with Jesus Christ and lived out in the relationships we build with one another.
As a Marist school, we are strengthened and shaped by our five defining characteristics: Presence, Love of Work, Simplicity, In the Way of Mary, and Family Spirit.
These values are not only at the heart of our daily interactions, but they also shape the culture of our community, defining who we are, what we represent, what we aspire to become, and the legacy we seek to leave for future generations. They inspire the aspirations set out in our Strategic School Improvement Plan 2025-2027, ensuring that the spirit of Saint Marcellin continues to guide our mission in a contemporary context. Through this work, we remain committed to offering an education that nurtures the whole person and upholds the vision of a Marist school community, one that is faith-filled, hope-driven, and dedicated to the flourishing of every young person entrusted to our care.
As a Marist community, governed by Marist Schools Australia (MSA), this Strategic School Improvement Plan affirms and develops the significant steps that have been taken to ensure that ÐãÐãÖ±²¥ is a Catholic school of choice for families, now and in the future.
